Role Overview
As Franchise Sales & Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the entire franchise sales funnel. This includes
creating and executing an effective marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads, following up and qualifying
those leads, and converting them into successful franchise partners. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role
with clear performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and execute a franchise marketing strategy focused on high-quality lead generation
• Plan and manage campaigns across paid social, organic social, email marketing and landing pages
• Ensure marketing messaging aligns with brand values and attracts the right candidates
• Promptly follow up and qualify all inbound franchise enquiries
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations and follow-up conversations • Manage CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasting
• Attend franchise discovery days, recruitment events and industry events across the UK when required
• Consistently hit and exceed franchise sales targets
• Provide insight and feedback to improve marketing and conversion performance
About You
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or franchise recruitment
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion
• Confident communicator able to sell a business opportunity
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
• Comfortable being accountable for performance and targets
