Franchise Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Fully Remote / Homeworking (UK-based) with travel to events across the UK when required

Salary: £30,000 basic + generous uncapped commission based on franchise sales

Role Overview

As Franchise Sales & Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the entire franchise sales funnel. This includes

creating and executing an effective marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads, following up and qualifying

those leads, and converting them into successful franchise partners. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role

with clear performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute a franchise marketing strategy focused on high-quality lead generation

Plan and manage campaigns across paid social, organic social, email marketing and landing pages

Ensure marketing messaging aligns with brand values and attracts the right candidates

Promptly follow up and qualify all inbound franchise enquiries

Conduct discovery calls, presentations and follow-up conversations Manage CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasting

Attend franchise discovery days, recruitment events and industry events across the UK when required

Consistently hit and exceed franchise sales targets

Provide insight and feedback to improve marketing and conversion performance

About You

Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or franchise recruitment

Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion

Confident communicator able to sell a business opportunity

Results-driven, organised and self-motivated

Comfortable being accountable for performance and targets
