As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, training and developing our franchise owners to help them grow successful travel businesses. This role is focused on onboarding new franchisees, delivering structured training, coaching performance, and increasing holiday sales across the network. You will play a key role in ensuring franchise owners feel confident, supported and commercially strong at every stage of their journey.
• Support franchise owners with ongoing coaching, development and performance guidance
• Design, deliver and evolve training strategies for new and existing franchisees
• Lead onboarding programmes to set new franchise owners up for success
• Host and deliver online and in-person training sessions, workshops and development days
• Provide one-to-one coaching focused on increasing holiday sales and business performance
• Identify performance gaps and implement tailored development plans
• Build strong relationships across the franchise network
• Attend training events, conferences and company events across the UK when required
• Work closely with the wider head office team to ensure consistent standards and results
• Proven experience in business development, coaching, training or performance-focused roles
• Strong understanding of sales and how to drive revenue growth
• Confident delivering training, presentations and one-to-one coaching
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Willing to travel occasionally for events and training days
• £35,000 basic salary + bonus
