This year, our Top Sellers’ Trip took us to the sun-soaked Costa del Sol, with two nights in glamorous Marbella followed by one night in vibrant Benalmádena. From 5 star hotels and beach clubs to sustainability projects and hands-on training, this was more than just a getaway. It was a glimpse into the lifestyle that comes with running a thriving travel agent franchise.
Our adventure began at the prestigious Kimpton Los Monteros, a five-star luxury resort in Marbella. Known for its elegant design, exceptional service, and unbeatable location, it was the perfect place to kick off our trip.
Our agents were treated to beautiful suites with a touch of Mediterranean charm, fine dining experiences to celebrate their achievements, and the chance to relax, connect, and enjoy the rewards of their hard work.
One of the highlights of Marbella was an afternoon at La Cabane, a newly relaunched beach club in partnership with Dolce and Gabbana. With its sleek design, infinity pool, and stunning views over the Mediterranean, it truly delivered that “wow” factor.

Luxury doesn’t mean losing sight of our values. At The Good Travel Agent, we’re passionate about sustainability, so we dedicated a morning to cleaning Marbella’s sand dunes.
This hands-on activity not only helped protect local wildlife and the coastline but also gave our agents a chance to be part of something meaningful. It’s another way we’re living up to our promise: for every booking made, we give back to the planet.
After soaking up Marbella, our group travelled along the coast to Benalmádena, a lively resort town known for its marina, nightlife, and family-friendly attractions.
Our base for the night was the Best Triton Hotel, perfectly located in the heart of the action. Here our agents explored nearby hotels to expand their knowledge of local offerings, wandered the vibrant Benalmádena marina, and enjoyed an evening sampling the town’s buzzing nightlife.
It was the ideal way to blend work, exploration, and leisure.
Of course, no Top Sellers’ Trip would be complete without learning. Our CEO, Jake Cullum-Hollins, hosted exclusive training sessions designed to help our agents take their businesses to the next level.
Topics included using social media effectively to attract more clients, sharpening sales skills to increase bookings, and identifying and defining a unique selling point to stand out in a competitive market.
